Dr. Robert Rizzi received his dental degree (DMD) from New Jersey Dental School (UMDNJ). He attended college at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1985. Following dental school, Dr. Rizzi completed a year-long post graduate program in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery at University Hospital (UMDNJ) where he received his fellowship certificate in 1990. He is also a graduate and active alumus of the Dawson Academy for advanced dental studies where he is recognized at the scholar level.
Dr. Rizzi is an active participant and firm believer in organized dentistry and maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and both Middlesex and Union County Dental Societies.
Additionally, Dr. Rizzi is a member of the Seattle Study Club (Princeton Division), the JAG1 and Dawson Study Clubs. He attends frequent lectures and seminars, often with his entire team to better meet the needs of his patients requiring more complex and sophisticated care.
In his leisure, Dr. Rizzi treasures spending time with family and friends. Fishing and exercise top his list of hobbies. He also loves his time in the kitchen with the children preparing meals especially when it involves preparing the fresh “catch of the day”.
